It houses all sorts of information, and is lacking in next to no sorts of information. As such, it has the most security. The strategy meetings are not held here, though it is rigged to make it seem so.

Amongst it are normally humans, perhaps other spiritual entities, but it remains peaceful primarily due to the truce that encompasses the entire area. The Beach is a beautiful place, and although there really isn't any true form security beyond the truce, many feel safe here.
